Lacemaking:
This Schappe-silk thread is Ideal for lacemaking.
Weaving:
Can be used as warp and weft for shawls for example.
We recommend 12 - 16 threads/cm (reed 60- 80 with 2 threads per dent).
Wash after weaving and iron while still damp.
Knitting:
The Schappe-silk can also be kintted.
Please note that knitwear will be up to 30% larger when washed!
