Chloe tapestry loom, weaving width 12.5cm - Mirrix

The Chloe Loom has been designed with versatility, portability and functionality in mind for both bead and tapestry weaving. Its main quality, which most other small tapestry looms lack, is its on-loom tensioning device. This means you can adjust the tension after warping and throughout the weaving process. It allows you to make tapestries with four selvedges.

Although this tapestry loom is small and easy to use, it has been designed to produce professional-quality pieces. It measures 14 cm in width and allows you to make tapestries up to 12.5 cm x 20 cm. It is height adjustable.

Easy to assemble, the tapestry loom comes with 4 different sets of combs allowing warp threads to be spaced at 3.5, 4, 4.5 or 5.5 threads per cm (8, 10, 12 or 14 EPI) depending on the project.

The frame can be used flat on the knees or on a table or positioned upright on the Chloé support (optional).

Comes with top and bottom beams, four sets of aluminum combs, one threaded rod, wing nuts, double washers, hex nut, cap nut, regular washer, two custom-made wrenches for making tension adjustments simple and written instructions (French translation provided by Artifilum).

A Phillips head screwdriver (not supplied) will be necessary to change the comb sets.
